1. How long will it take to receive my order?
All our clothes are made to order in India & shipped overseas to your country.
We do not ship locally in India.
Typically, delivery takes 4 weeks, though we often complete orders faster.
You’ll receive an update with the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If you’ve bought from us before, we’ll use your previous measurements for any new orders, or you can re-confirm your size with us.(You can also improvise from the last order, by mentioning the changes required from last order)
Alternatively you can give us your ready made or 'off the rack size". Also you can improvise in the additional comment section at the check out page.
4. Do you offer refunds?
Since all our garments are made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds. However, we value your business and are committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. We aim to build lasting relationships with our customers, and once we have your measurements, future orders will be even easier and more affordable.
Also, please be aware that screen displays can vary,while we strive for accuracy,minor differences between screen display and actual product are inherent and not grounds for return.
5. Can I purchase wholesale or as a reseller?

6. Do you cater to weddings and social events?
Absolutely! We offer tailored outfits for weddings, social events, and corporate uniforms. If you don’t see a color you need, simply email us with your requirements, and we’ll get back to you within 48 hours with swatches.
If you’re ordering multiple items, we can offer volume discounts and ship them to one address for your convenience.
7. Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer the following savings:
Buy 4 shirts or more , save 20%
Buy 3 trousers or more , save 20%
Spend $300+, save 10% on your total order
You can mix and match shirts, trousers, and other items to get the discount!
8. How much is shipping?
Our Shipping charges are progressive & reflect our actual cost of shipping and handling.

3) Order cost between $101.00–$150.00 :$35.00

We ship to a wide range of countries and are continuously expanding. If your country isn’t listed, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll check the possibility of shipping to you.
10. Will I need to pay customs duties?
Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges, and we recommend checking with your local customs authorities for more information.
